FAQs

How to prepare for your session?
Please arrive 15 mins before your session.
Do not eat a heavy meal 2 hours before your session.
Do not consume caffeine or energy drinks 3 hours before your session.
You are fully clothed during a session, please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
Please do not wear earrings. They may catch on the headphones.
Please turn your phone to silent mode or off.

What will I experience during a session?
Your session includes a preliminary consultation with a facilitator to determine the best frequency pairing for you. You will then comfortably lay on the Sound Bed.  A sanitized high quality headphone will be provided for you. A personally curated 40-minute immersion sound and vibration will then commence. You will then be notified when your session is over and a facilitator will assist you from the Sound Bed.
Many people feel relaxation and calmness during a session. Some may even fall asleep. It is common to feel unease the first 5 minutes as your body adjusts to the frequencies. Every experience will be different depending on the individual and the frequency chosen.

Who should not book a Sound Bed session?
Individuals with a pacemaker, history of seizures or epilepsy, severe mental conditions, pregnant women and children under 18 years old.

How long is a session?
Each session is approximately 40 minutes.

How often should I book a session?
We recommend 1 session per week for 4-6 weeks, then 1 session per month for maintenance.
